Return and Refund Policy

For now, Bansal Textiles doesn't accept any Return or Exchange Policy.

Each of our product is specially handpicked and gets checked again and again before Shipping to you. Also you get exactly what you see. So please consider checking all the images and product description before buying. All the products are also gets delivered in well packed boxes with some safe wrapers arround it. So chance of any possible damage is close to zero. But just in case, if you received any Damaged/ Missing / Wrong Product, you must do an clear Unboxing video while opening the box for the first time. The video should be real without any cut or pause.

** No complain will be taken without the proper Unboxing video of any real Damaged product. So please consider making a video everytime you Unboxing something from Kouri.in in terms of your safety.

In case of a Damaged product, you need to inform us with the video proof within 15 hours of Delivery. You can reach us by Email / Chat Support with your order id, Name and Proper video proof.

After 15 hours of Delivery, no Refund/Return would be possible.

In case of a refund, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 5-6 Working days. We may contact you in between if we need to.
